Pioneer Data Center Security
Secure Access- Customer shall be provided secure key code to data center facility. Key codes are assigned to each individual needing access to the facility. Codes are individual and not to be shared among customer employees to ensure security within the data center.
Physical Security- Specially keyed locks, 2 3/4 hour fire doors, automated fire suppression and alarms system..
Video Surveillance- CCTV and DVR systems continuously record happenings in the data center and are remotely monitored from our Network Operation Center in Houlton, Maine. Footage within the last 30 days can be recalled and replayed and .AVI files can be created for further detailed investigation if necessary.
